Used product received and without USB cable.
Received the product without usb cable. Printer and accessories were used. All cables loose. All plastic packing sheets loose. Driver CD kept in open, out of its cover. Printer with finger prints and dust. Returning the product.

Good printer at affordable price
Good quality printer. Supports both 80mm & 58mm paper rolls & the printer comes with a separator for 58mm. Haven't used much, so have to wait & see how long the printer last without issues.

Driver Trouble
Printer doesn't install when connected to computer. Driver CD provided with the printer is not recognized by my computer. Driver software is not available on Internet. Unable to use printer.
