Glen Electric Air Fryer 2 Litres, 800W, Preset Temperature Ccontrol -Black & Silver 2 Years Warranty (SA3045)

Just got the machine today. Tried to roast some peanuts. Tasted good and there was no headache of regular frying pan. I am happy with air fryer so far.The machines which I saw demo in YouTube had a pan and inside the pan there is a frying basket. The food is kept in the frying basket for cooking. The frying basket can be removed from the pan in such machines. The remaining oil will stay in the pan. But in Glen GL3044, there is no separate frying basket. There is a pan and there is a baking tray in it. Food needs to be kept on the tray. Oil is collected in the pan, below the baking tray. It is very difficult to remove the food from the pan. If you tilt the pan to remove food, the drained oil will get mixed with the food. So we need to remove the food with a tong , which is not easy and is risky. Had hard time removing roasted peanuts from baking tray. So better to go for a fryer with a detachable baking basket.

Product is defected and now amazon is not hearing any complaints. Product reached on 16/08/18 and opened on Rakhi day by my sister. Not company nor amazon helping me. I think in India never purchased any thing online. All money wasted.

Size is good it’s bigger than Philips . If u spray some oil any snack would come out even better

Awesome air fryer, cooks food properly inside out.

If you are planning to build a decent body like me, Having an air fryer will sort things out for you. This particular air fryer is super easy to use and easy to clean. I clean mine with a sponge so that it doesn't impact it's non stick layer and You should do that too if you end up buying it. Overall I am happy with my purchase.Few things I have tried making using this:-Chicken Tikka-Roasted chicken (No oil)-Chicken kebabs (Packet kebabs)-Tnadoori chicken-Makhana-Paneer tikka-Home made french friesGo for it!

I earlier had Philips.It gave good service for 5 years.It started smoking so I decided to buy new one.In comparisonI liked the designIt is much easier to clean ,in fact very easy.The frier basket of Philip vwas netted and food got stuck, also very difficult to clean that was major issue.It makes less noise.In flat 20minutes it does everything.I baked trial.cupcakes at 180degree c for 15 minutes ,they turned out better than in the LG convection 😊Last part major prize difference.Anyone who wants to use air fryer first time,this is the product.Glen is a reliable brand.10 years ago I purchased steamer from.Glen which still works efficiently.

Brought this one and turned out to be the worst of all..my mom's has a Wonderchef airfryer and that is way better than this. This black coating of its pan came out in bare minimal usage when we personally cleaned it with all precautions. Thanks company doesn't ensure any warranty if the black coating is coming off, god knows what they keep in warranty as there is hardly anything else that can go wrong in air fryers. The paneer and chicken everything sticks after brushing considerable oil as well. Turned out to be pathetic. Stopped buying Glen appliances.
