Comfy recliner with deep discounts thanks to amazon. Though there was an initial hiccup with product delivery, Amazon team got it back on track.Other than that, assembly was done by Amazon which was promptly done.For the price and brand name, the product is absolutely worth it. Even after 5 months or use.

Pathetic
Waited for ever to give this to my 95 year old father returning from hospital, to find that this chair does not close properly from the recliner position. Tired of calling amazon so hope some one has the decency to come across and fix this

Good strong sturdy product But free assembly was given n nobody came for assembling even after rescheduling no. Of times . Has to assemble it from outside Makes me wonder will anybody come in case of any problem.

The recliner gets delivered on time. However assembly has to be done on your own! The Amazon people day it is basic assembly but actually I had to call a furniture guy who knew how to assemble the La Z Boy recliners.had to pay him money to get it fixed.it is not easy at all as the back rest has to be fixed and aligned with the lever with precision. Greased and screwdriver assembly.Also the seat height to the floor is 45cms.Specifications are not true - this is the second instance where Amazon furniture specifications are not right.Also return is possible only if there is a defect...

Best Reclining Sofa
It is very comfortable and relaxing anytime. I have been using lazy boy chair for the last 10 years and was so impressed and added another 2 of them . Prompt delivery and installation by Amazon
