I first purchased ties like this in Indonesia at a high end clothing store. I purchased 3 exactly like these and paid less than $2 each and the quality has been excellent so I was skeptical and choosey but thistle measures up and the quality is a little better and completely worth the price. I use an Eldridge knot and these look great pinch, weave and all. I would buy again.

I'll start off by noting that these are very skinny, they are skinnier then the other skinny ties I have, not an issue just something to be aware of. They aren't the greatest of quality but I wasn't expecting high quality with the price I paid. If you are simply looking for a tie to use for function, not one to be fancy or for looks, then these will meet your needs. I've worn each one a few times now and haven't had any major issues.However, they do look and feel cheap, again I was kinda expecting that. They are shiny which I think adds to the cheap look. I only use these for work, never for a function where I dress up. I wouldn't wear these ties with a suit. Under normal use I expect that these last atleast a year, which if they do I'll be happy with.So, if you keep your expectations in line with the price of this item, I think it's a good buy and that you'll be happy.

They look very nice, but as a few reviewers have pointed out THEY ARE QUITE SMALL. I like the ties the colors are very nice, however, they are just so small. I really don't believe I would wear them to a formal event. I can't comment on how hard it is to tie the ties, for I am a terrible tie tier and have not figured out how to tie any tie. I am taking them to school with me tomorrow so I can find a person to tie them. They are cheaply made but honestly what did you expect? The ties are perfect for the price, but they are for either parties or perhaps a job if it requires one, but not formals.

In my opinion, the ties are way to reflective for me. It stands out way too much. It's hard to match my attire. Even the Navy and grey are hard to pull off. It might just be me though. I've a pretty plain dude. I like to rock neutral colors mostly and I'll throw in a single random color just for a kick, but these ties are too much. I usually want the color to stand out vaguely, but this is like, Marilyn Monroe's red lipstick, in your face. The quality doesn't help either. It's like a double negative for me. I guess you get what you pay for. I would've preferred a more cloth like fabric.

I got the silver, lime, black, blue, and white combo for my brother's 23rd birthday. He loves skinny ties, so he was impressed that this came in a pack! The price is reasonable. The only downside is that they were a tad bit short, but he was still able to wear it by adjusting the length of the tie in the back to bring the front flap downward. Hope that makes sense. Anyway, I definitely plan on buying another color combo!

These arrived in a small box and were as described. The material is not super high end and I definitely recommend a tie clip for these. Colors were as described. Overall happy with my purchase. I would have given these 5-stars but the quality of construction was not tip-top for me. I can see these being used for a little while and then thrown away.

i only ended up using the black and red ones, every other one is just not quite the right color, the silver is hard to match to clothes, and the blue is a little too light. also too shiny for everyday use. i ended up getting a black silk skinny tie that is much easier to match in general.however dont get me wrong, ive used the black tie a lot, but looking back i didn't really need the other 4 colors

A nice set of ties at a nice price. These crease a bit when tied, but was able to iron (with cloth over it) without any issue. Just a note for DAN2005 - the one that looks like a middle blue is really pretty purple (red, light blue, purple, dark purple, green).

Lower quality

The ties look great and are a good size for younger folks, however the back stitching is very poor and after one wear, the stitches are pulling apart (and the tie was worn under a sweater).
