I have a single burner countertop induction cooktop that we use all the time in place of our old gas range and it's always a bit of a gamble on how long to wait until it's cool enough to wipe down and clean up after each use. This pad not only helps with cleanup and long-term maintenance of the unit, it's also got a color-changing aspect so you know when it's cooled down enough to safely clean. I like that the set includes two pads as it makes it easy to swap them out when one needs cleaning in the dishwasher so that there's one always ready for use. It's super-thin and doesn't interfere with the ability of the unit to sense or engage with the pot or pan resting on it and it had no trouble handling the heat on the highest settings. Definitely a winner if you have an induction cooktop and are looking for something to enhance your cleaning/maintenance in a safe and visible way.

I love my induction cooktop but I dislike the way the pot slides around when you try and stir the contents of your pot. This is the solution to that problem. You place the mat on your cooktop and it stays put. When you place you pot on the mat it also stays put. The heat is transferred through the mat and into the pot. This works so well the mats should be included when you buy an induction cooktop. Note that these are NOT for use with an electric stove. Two mats are included. The design on the mats turn orange when hot which is a nice indicator. I happy with the item and that my pots don’t slide around anymore.

Sold as a pair! These Friheten silicone mats fit perfectly on my Nuwave induction cooktop. There are no diminished temperature settings while in use...and best of all I can go through the processes of scrambling eggs without having to hold the pan handle in order to prevent it from slipping!Highly recommended!!!

The 9.5 inch silicone induction cooktop mats that I received match their description. These mats are a bit tacky and therefore don't slide around on the cooktop. An added feature is that the mat orange/gold colored area brighten up to alert you when the mat is hot. I like these mats as they help protect the cooktop surface and avoid burned on food, and they are easy to clean.

I wish this came as a set of large and small, but these are terrific. They do what they're supposed to do: prevent scratching the top of my induction stove. There's zero difference in heat-up time, nor should they be — it's not transmitting heat, just magnetism. They look good (no giant logos) and are easy to clean.Yeah, eventually they'll get too dirty to clean, but the price is low enough that I won't mind replacing them in a couple of years.

We are gradually changing to induction cooking as a primary method. This adds a extra layer of protection on the cooking surface for heavy pot movement. Eliminates slipping too.

The media could not be loaded.  This pad works great. Not only does it separate the pan from the induction top but it secures the pan in its spot too. Keeps the pan from slidong around. It also silences the vibration noise you hear sometimes with an induction top. Woild definitely recommend.
