How do we change the batteries?

Unscrew the battery cover with a Phillips head screwdriver (not included). Remove batteries and dispose of them safely. Install 3 new AG13/LR44 1.5V button cell batteries in the battery box. Replace battery cover and tighten screw. For best performance, use only alkaline batteries. If you need further assistance, give us a call so we can help you with this at 800-524-8697. Good but smaller & no back wings that open

Price was good & son loves it but to be aware.. this is smaller than the original by a few inches & his original one had wings in the back that opened, this does not.

Such a great value, out toddler loves it. The sound is just like the movie and it’s very durable. Has tons of buttons and is detail oriented. My son loves the arm function where you press his back and his arm goes up just like the movie.

It’s definitely buzz, but my son was disappointed to find out that only one of the buttons work and he doesn’t have wings so definitely take that into consideration when you’re purchasing buying a cheaper buzz instead of the more expensive one he talks and he’s had it for about a year and nothing is broken, but it doesn’t look like a fully authentic buzz Lightyear
