I have literally just tried the red Thai paste.It’s the best Thai paste that I have ever tasted. It’s full of refreshing flavours, such as lemongrass, lime, galangal and has a fabulous chilli kick! Unlike supermarket pastes which are bland and tasteless. I can’t wait to try the green Thai paste now!

Just brilliant. I normally make my own pastes but found a recipe which recommended the red curry paste. I've tried plenty over the years, but this is the stand out. Easily the best. Almost all commercial products seem to be made with "don't cause problems" as the top priority. So nothing stands out. You get an inoffensive mix which is sometimes hotter and often sweeter. This paste is the real thing! It tastes like somebody who knows about flavour, balance, and real Thai food actually made it.

Why did you choose this product over others?:If you like a green and red curry - these are much better than the use once jars that you get in the supermaket - and are also very spicy. I find I can leave them in the fridge opened without issue for months. Just add coconut milk and meat & veggies of choice. Yum.
