Awful!
Absolutely love our gazebo. Delivered very quickly, due to weather couldn't assemble for a few months, took a bit of reading on internet as hubby wanted to ensure all ok, only one slight issue with a hole/mark on one of the pellets, supplier replaced this immediately so we are absolutely delighted with our purchase 😊It's now 10 months since we first built our gazebo - had a few issues with the weather which bent bars - had two replaced but since then more have bent but not contacted seller for more replacements as going to see if we can have the legs bricked up instead. Also 4 pieces of polycarbonate came out when strong wind rocked gazebo to the point of us worrying it would totally ruin our garden. Feel now we wouldn't have bought it had we realised it's not as sturdy and permanent as we originally thought.Less than 2 years on and gazebo has been a nightmare- screws kept falling out, bars bending, gazebo literally falling apart, even though supilier in process of sending us more bars- last night I had to cancel these as the gazebo finally lost it's fight to stay upright, needless to say hubby will be dismantling it this afternoon and taking to the tip, been such a worry - glad to see back of it, worse £750 we ever spent! The metal is so not strong enough!

Excellent product, very happy with it.
I have had this gazebo up now for over a year and I'm still as pleased with it as I was when it first went up. There is a cheaper similar product on Amazon with some people leaving negative reviews due to the roof panels coming out in high winds. All I can say is, mine has certainly not had any such problems. I put the legs and top frames up first, leaving all the fixings until it was square. (Measurement taken from one corner diagonally across to the other, then ensuring the other two posts are exactly the same.) All fixings tightened after but take care on the top frame fixings as over tightening will crush it. The post legs were not drilled and secured to the floor, all I did was get several bags of small pebbles from B&Q and filled the posts up to the top. (Note this has to be done BEFORE the roof frame goes on.) It's never moved since..... The roof section is where things get tricky. It would be best to follow the instructions, assemble it and then get four people to lift and fix it into position. However, as there was only my son and I, we did it by only bolting diagonal frames onto the roof plate and with help of a suitable sized support post from below, (And LOTS of swearing.....) got it done. I also took the precaution of fitting the roof panels in with a bead of roof mastic between the frame and panel to ensure it would be fully watertight.

Almost impossible to read due to the poor copy. Shame that an expensive item such as ...
Bought this to replace an old rotten wooden gazebo. It looks quite the part, but it would have been a five star item apart from the rather rubbish photocopied instructions. Almost impossible to read due to the poor copy. Shame that an expensive item such as this is let done simply from rather cost of some decent printing. Also it states it should take 3-4 hours to put up! More like a full days work for 2-3 people. That said, quite happy now it's up.

I have the 10' X 8'.......but wouldn't buy again
In pleasant calm conditions, this gazebo is fine.....in the first strong wind ours blew across the garden and lost every roof panel...I glued them all back in and three of us tipped it back onto its legs.....we now have a 56lb weight on each leg, and it's also tied to the fence....we have also lost screws and brackets..they work loose in the wind... wouldn't buy another one at these prices.....spares are difficult to access and some sort of guttering would be a sensible addition..
