Q: Are these for men as well ! they look the same

I can’t see why not. They’re great boots. I changed the laces though they tended to slip when wet.

If you intend to wear them for serious walking/hiking as I did mine and will probably be wearing them with thick walking socks, I would say yes get a .5 to allow room for your feet to expand as they do after you’ve been walking around for a while.
