This keeps my daughter very occupied, she loves make up so much and this right here made her day when she saw it. I love that it comes with different compartments for you to pick which type of eyeshadow or nail polish or lipgloss you want...so many options to pick from ! Perfect for a 3 year old as well looks exactly like the images on here as well.

The media could not be loaded. I got this makeup kit since my daughter’s old kit needs to get tossed. The light-up mirror was a big selling point for me because it’s my daughter’s favorite feature of the old kit.Unfortunately, I’m not happy with the build quality of the case. It opens by lifting the mirror upwards and tilting it forward. The arm it’s on doesn’t have a way to lock in place so it can sink down or tip over at any time. In its shut position there is nothing to snap it closed, so if you carry it by the handle and something comes loose, it’s possible it could fall out. The way my daughter chooses to stash things can boggle the mind; there’s a distinct likelihood that the extra brushes in particular would fall out and get lost forever in the vortex of toys and accessories she redistributes throughout the room so regularly.The top layer of the makeup needs to be swiveled aside to reveal the lipsticks and nail polish. At the top on the left and right sides they’ve included small applicator brushes and sponges, and as I swiveled the top layer, at least one applicator on each side got caught up in it. On the left side, the larger applicator brush got completely stuck between the two layers and I had to shake it out.Another note: there is a small bag of longer applicator brushes and sponges, as well as an eyebrow comb. You can open the bottom layer to store these extra items in there. However, there is gross-looking discoloration in there which erodes my trust further.They have provided an ingredients list on the packaging which I appreciate. Unfortunately this also is the main influence for me to not let my daughter use this kit. Though most of the ingredients are safe, there are a few that could have potential issues. Some of those issues would require professional lab work to suss out, and at that point it’s a lot easier just not to use the thing when there are already such obvious problems with the case alone.It’s too bad because it looks very cute and the light is bright, but what’s the point when the mirror it’s attached to constantly sinks down while you try to use it? I’d recommend shopping around a little more before settling on this one.

The only thing I don’t like is how it opens and it’s hard to keep the mirror at a comfortable angle to actually be able to look in the mirror. Not perfect but it’s a very fun set for girl, comes with everything they may need. My almost 7 years old likes it.

There is a great variety of makeup that works very well, easy to use and very easy to wash off. Very good quantity and size for many dress-up days! Great color selection and at a great price!

My little ones love this and have quite the time trying out new styles! The kit comes with everything you need to get started and is an excellent value. Highly recommended for gifts or every day fun play time at home.

This is a very nice set from the make up to the nail polish dotters for designs to the chargeable lighted mirror. My daughter loves it!
