The pictures are very detailed. I have only used them to look for specific places to massage or send energy therapy to. I am not doing a full reflexology massage. I am an energy therapist so am always trying to increase my skills. I am also a dowser and will dowse on which points work the best for me. I have not actually studied professional reflexology. I felt like the price was good and I liked the tools. They seemed very smooth actually slick feeling which is important in massage. The comb would be good for across the skull. The foot shaped one could be used as Gua Sha tool.I really like the one that looks like a bird or dolphin. It has several different 'points', shapes for pressure point therapy. Then the little baton has a fine trigger point tip and a larger, wide trigger point tip. All are smooth and no sharp edges. The large ball can be used on compression points.They have a chart of foot and hand, left and right. Plus they name the tools with a short description of use and basically tell you use as you choose and not to limit your usage. I am happy with all parts.

Makesure you wash them before use- have a weird gas on them that made me and my child breakout

The materials are great the came with the socks but the socks are crappy. They are not even up to hospital socks standards, low quality. Very disappointing.

Works extremely well if you can bribe someone to do it for you!

Not a fan doesn’t work, it’s more of a gimmick!Don’t waste your money. I don’t recommend.

This is a very useful tool for people without formal training. Can be used by one's self or with a friend/partner. Plenty of guidance but mostly enough information to get relief for specific areas.
