Neon sign received intact and on time. Only problem, no plug in power, must have USB box. The sign is not flimsy, good size also has multiple settings from dim to bright. I would recommend this product.

Better than I imagined !
This was a gift for my brother's birthday. He loved it and is planning to use it in his music room. It is brightly colored and being able to dim and brighten it makes it perfect. It came sooner than expected I will definitely buy something from them for myself soon!.

It’s Amazing
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely loved this and I would definitely buy one again for a different part of my house. It’s gorgeous and it’s super bright. Good for people who don’t like sleeping in the dark haha. I also think it was super cool how there was a face figure with long hair when I was taking videos of it!!!

Dimmable but can't put on a Timer
Loved how bright it is and it can be dimmable. Only complaint is that it doesn't work on a timer, you have to push the button every time to turn it on. Overall great product though!
