Very easy set up. It arrived and was packed very well! I haven't seen something packaged with such care. Instructions were decent. I put things together by pictures so it was easy. So far it does the job I need it to do. It's just the right size without it being abnoxiously bulky and in the way. Adjustable height for the pull up bar. Seems sturdy and is holding up.

I am so happy that my wife bought this for me . After moved from apartment with fitness to my own house . I stop working out for a long time . I am so surprised that I got this so I can do exercise at home when I have free time . First of all ,this is so sturdy. It made of so thick quality metal that doesn't bend. Secondly, I can assemble it fast, because most of the bolts are one size. Thirdly, this machine offers one great place to do push ups, pull ups, dips and any other workouts I can think of. Last but not least , It is a good deal. Not expensive and good quality. Love it so much . Highly recommended.

Honesty it is a bit heavier than I thought, which is reasonable because the weight makes it very sturdy and stable. The quality is great. The assembly was easy, just follow the manual and use the attached tools step by step. It is all about bolts. I assemble all on my own, it took me more than 1 hour to complete it. I like the grip of the bar, when I do the pull-ups I feel I can grab it so tight. The arm pads give a good support for the belly crunch exercise. A good product for people like me who need to workout on abs and having pull-ups. Now,I can do my weight trainings at home instead of going to gym which is far away from my house. So excited having this huge workout equipment adding to my training setting.

The power station is sturdy but I couldn't finish putting it together until I contacted the seller.The adjustable poles that hold the actual pull up bar are wider than the hole in the base unit they slide into.The seller was responsive and sent me a video showing how to insert the poles diagonally. However, to get that to work we had to first use a lighter to burn back the rubber surrounding the holes on the base.Once we did that the poles slid in.Some hassle but we are very pleased with the power station. It is sturdy, more like a gym station than typical home one. Also, the dip handles are closer together than in many so a better fit doing dips without strain on shoulders.

The media could not be loaded.  The equipment is easy to assemble, and could do many different exercises. It is also great to in your home because it has a very comfortable size. Its quality is great for its price and my whole family loves it. One specific quality I like about it is that it is adjustable to your height, so that it could be fit for you.

Bought this bar for my son for pulling up and workout to build his body and power, because he is a competitive swimmer, really need pull-up bar. It seems sturdy and well done, Assembly took my husband more than 2 hours, because the instructions is not too much clear, but good things is most of the bolts are one size, so it is okay to assemble. This pull-up bar is well patted and comfortable to grip, which is essential for avoiding hand fatigue during longer workout. The solid steel frame provides excellent support, it is a nice power tower.

Advertised as 350lb capacity which is why I bought the unit. After I built it I noticed it felt unsteady when I tried it out. Noticed next morning capacity listed on machine was 100 kg which is 220 lbs. I weigh 225 lbs so I was exceeding the capacity using it. See my picture and convert, will be returning, downright false advertising.Now Amazon is refusing to refund after 30 minutes on phone! Total garbage.
