HP service said it would not work, but it did!
The battery on my HP Spectre 360 failed hard early on. I could use the computer with the power cord plugged in, but received major BIOS error messages on start up. Talked to HP service. They were very eager to help, however, they told me that I had multiple failures and that installing a new after-market battery would not help.Well, I bought a set of tools with the right tips, bought the battery, installed it with help from YouTube, and it worked perfectly!Make sure to recycle the old battery properly.

Good functional replacement battery
Battery arrived on time and well protected with foam encasing it in the box it arrived in. The pack was the same size thickness as my OEM battery. My only gripe is the the thin covering/sticker was placed a bit off center and the edges came up a bit. Functionality though is great it seems like I gained back 30 to 50 minutes runtime

Battery won't charge after 2 months
Battery stopped taking charge after 2 months of use. I contacted the seller asking about the warranty, no reply from them.

Not Charging!!!!!
Replaced this battery Sep 24th and now Oct 18th less than a month later it is NOT Charging. Not good. Do Not Buy.

No Good
This product stopped taking a charge in Nov after being purchased in August. Vendor offered to replace with same. Why do that? paid $100 to get installed, so lets not waste any more money on this. DO NOT BUY

Fits perfectly, and it works!
This is the perfect replacement battery for my laptop. It is still working perfectly.
