I swear by this product! I sleep so well after adding this to my nightly routine. The sleep I get is restful, deep and recharging. I pair this with ashwaghanda before bed and it’s a game changer. when I ran out, I purchased a different brand at my local drug store and it did not work as well as this one. Magnesium glycinate has helped with my period as well they aren’t as terrible.

Keto diet had resulted in severe leg cramps. I take the best (Andrew Lessman) multi-vitamins, so I was clueless.I didn't know the cause, but a friend (who has been doing keto for years) suggested that I get magnesium.Having seen a zillion TV commercials for this brand and after reading positive reviews, I ordered it.Less than 48 HOURS after taking 2pills a day, ALL LEG CRAMPS WERE GONE and haven't had even a slight leg cramp since. Need I say any more?

Just what I need, and seems to help...but lord, these are horse pills. I will be looking for a smaller mg.

Qunol makes great stuff. Qunol is one of the best supplement brands on the market. They don't make a lot of supplements, but the ones they do they put a lot of research into assuring quality and high absorption.I've tried a few different magnesium glycinate products in the past and this is the only one that tastes slightly sweet. That's because it's chemically supposed to taste sweet.
