No knee aches anymore after a couple of months use. Was already taking collagen, but this was the ticket that helped.

Had difficulty swallowing the pill version of this supplement. Like the ease of use, fruity taste, and muscle aches seem to have improved. Would recommend.

Too sweet and hard to get suggested measurements! Dropper won’t draw 1 mL! It barely makes it to 75mL! Sweet but a yucky sweet! I’m almost done with the second bottle, no results.

I can't exactly nail down what I think of the flavor.... It's not bad, but it's not too desirable either. The liquid is pretty thick, so it can be a little messy and hard to get in or out of the dropper. I won't necessarily swear to it, but I do believe I have less joint pain since I've been taking this a few times everyday.I'll be honest that I prefer some of the other flavors on the market more than this one. This isn't bad, but it's not my favorite either. This one also has more of an aftertaste that sticks around in the back of your throat.It can be difficult to get a full dosage in the dropper when you go to suck it up because this is so thick. It's also difficult to get it to come out of the dropper and it can get a little messy sometimes. However, you'll find that with other similar products, so not really a huge deal in the big picture.This does seem to have some positive effect. It's also few dollars less than many of the other 2 oz bottles of glucosamine and chondroitin that you'll find, so it's got some things going for it. It wouldn't be a bad option for the price.

I have been using a Glucosamine supplement for many years; I learned about this from my veterinarian and dealing with elderly dogs. Over the years, Glucosamine has received a few stacks; Chondroitin first and then MSM, and this one is no different. Oddly I also see Turmeric, but Glucosamine (or the stacks) can upset your stomach and this is likely to counter the potential side effect? No clue, I simply note how these have changed and again including this one.What I don’t like are pills that are hard to swallow. Seriously, some of these supplements have normal size pills easy enough to swallow, and some have enough cellulose or other fillers that make them huge for no apparent reason. Even better – liquid; this is a recent trend, and I am on that bandwagon.With this, you will want to watch your dose and adjust accordingly. A typical Glucosamine dose is 1,500 mg, I take somewhere between 700-1,000 mg, so a smaller dose. For this, a 2-ml dose is identified as 2,000 mg. However you get a graduated dropper, so calculating a reduced dose is easy and with the graduated dropper it is easily repeatable. You can't do this with a tablet!!!And bonus, it tastes OK too. If you have a hard time swallowing big supplement pills, you will most certainly appreciate a liquid form.
