I did not realize that there are packing cubes and then there are *compression* packing cubes. These compress which is a whole different ball game! I went to Greece for over two weeks using just a carry-on roller and a tote bag, and this allowed me to easily organize my clothing and compress it to save space in my luggage. Each cube has two zippers. One you use to zip your items in, and the second you zip around the middle to compress everything smaller. I already bought another set as a gift for someone else. These are sturdy and great size options.

These bags are definitely compact and would be great for carry on luggage. Haven’t used them yet to test compression and wrinkle factor, but excited to try them in the next few months.

Great value in my opinion. Stacks up to more expensive brands. 4 Bags of different sizes perfectly fit one carry-on luggage for me. The compression works pretty well, and I was impressed by the sturdiness of the zippers. Mostly, I was really glad to have some organization in my luggage. Easy to clean as well.

Looks well made and does exactly what it's supposed to...compress my clothing to save space in my suitcase. The downside is I'll probably now overpack and pay a surcharge at the check in counter haha.

I ordered these in two colors for a two week trip for my husband and myself. They worked great. Zippers are sturdy and smooth. I was new to the double zipper design, but they truly do compress when the outer zipper is used, making for more space in luggage. Great for when traveling with carryon only as well as putting them all in the small one for storage. When we arrived at our destinations, I just unzipped the compression zipper, making everything in them easy to access. I am happy with the purchase and the price. I will be donating my other packing cubes, and expect these to make many more trips, seeing how well they performed.

Perhaps my expectations were not as they should be, but I thought that by purchasing "compression" cubes, I would actually be able to put items in the cubes and compress them down so that they took up less space in my suitcase. Not the case with these bags.I actually read all the online reviews for countless compression bags before ordering these. Not only that, but I did a search for Best Compression Packing Cubes 2023 and read three different articles, all of which highly recommended these Gonex Compression Packing Cubes. One of the reviews I read was from a lady who'd packed ten pairs of jeans in the large bag. So when I received mine I rolled up ten pairs of jeans and tried putting them in the large bag. Yes, they did fit, but they did not compress even the slightest bit. In fact, the second zipper that's supposed to "compress" the contents would barely zip and even after it was zipped, the bag was the same size it was originally although a slightly different shape.I will say that the bags appear to be well made. They were lightweight material yet seems to be sturdy. The zippers seemed good quality. As I mentioned, I was able to get ten pairs of rolled up jeans (size 8) in the large bag, but no space saved. These would be excellent for someone only looking to organize their suitcase, but if you truly want to compress items, I can't recommend these.

Exactly what I needed. Tend to over pack. Well made and protects clothing from spills. Fill to capacity, press down, zip first zipper, then zip gray zipper which compresses the bag. Kept all my “like” items (sleepwear) in one bag. Definitely recommend for travel and storage. Great product! Worth the price.

I got these for each person in my family to use while travelling through Europe at my SIL’s recommendation. They were very sturdy, and the compression feature allowed our items to easily fit into our backpacks. They also helped keep our things organized so they were easy to find (think: where did my last pair of clean socks go?) and helped when we needed to pack quickly if we overslept because we knew which sack when in what location in our backpacks so they would close. Worth the money if you have it in your budget. We’ll be using these on all our vacations from now on.

These packing cubes are excellent. My first purchase of this type of product, I decided to go for one with good reviews and not necessarily the cheapest. My research showed that the compression ones were worth getting. These are good quality, good sizes and for the first time EVER I did a three-night interstate trip with hand luggage only. I am a convert.

These compression bags work really well. They compress your packing to create additional space in luggage, keep everything neat, tidy and accessible and the clothes come out less wrinkled than with conventional packing. Sometimes they can be a little hard to zip up at first but once you develop the technique you'll never go back. I wouldn't travel without them now.

3 sizes are super useful. The zippers are still holding up after many many trips. I'm being careful when I zip the zippers going on the perimeter just not to be too harsh on the "teeth". I wash them in the washing machine at the normal cycle and dry them on my drying rack most of the time. Very little signs of use. I use them for all my trips!
