Great Magnesium Supplement – Really Helps Me Sleep!
I’ve been taking this magnesium supplement for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. It contains three different types of magnesium, which I’ve read helps with better absorption—and it really seems to make a difference.I mainly started taking it to help with sleep, and I can definitely tell I fall asleep easier and feel more rested in the mornings. It’s gentle on my stomach and easy to take—no weird aftertaste either. If you’re looking for something to help you unwind and sleep better at night, I definitely recommend giving this one a try!

Easy to take
This is an easy to take magnesium supplement. It is tasteless and odorless and easy to swallow. I do like that it is a combo magnesium with the different variants, however the label doesn’t state how much of each one it contains. I would like to know this information because I’m sensitive to the magnesium that makes your digestion work faster. So if i could get that information, and know for sure, this would have been a great supplement for me.

This is a nice magnesium complex supplement
It contains five different forms of magnesium supplements in one capsule. I used this in place of a much more expensive magnesium complex and had the same results. I suffer from leg cramps at night and found that magnesium helps greatly. This supplement continued my nightly cramp relief. Beyond that, the other forms of magnesium are also beneficial so it's a plus all around.

Good Mg blend
We are almost all Magnesium deficient. I've been taking a supplement for a while now. I've researched the different forms and concluded that there is a level of hype to the "more bioavailable" claims and yet there is a degree of value to the various forms. It goes like this: Magnesium Oxide is probably the cheapest and most common form. By weight or size, you get the most Mg per capsule with Oxide. Now it's a certain amount less bio-available than the other forms but it's not that significant. There was one study that overstated the difference and they market the more expensive forms based on that outlier study. Mg Oxide is the easiest way to get your RDA (400mg) of Magnesium in the least capsules. Many other forms, while more bioavailable just don't carry much magnesium. You'll see on the label that you take two caps of many forms and only get 150 mg or whatever. So watch for that. So, why not just take Mg Oxide? Not a bad idea, but there are a few details. One, a full 400 mg (delivered Mg) of Mg Oxide at once can upset some people's stomachs, though not mine. And the other is that the alternate forms are bound to different molecules that can also be helpful. So while Mg Glycinate is quite beneficial and a little bit more available, you still don't get nearly as much Mg in your system per capsule. But Glycine is beneficial for relaxation. Take it along with an Oxide to get good benefits of Glycinate delivery and the high quantity that Oxides offer. Same with Malate etc.So, a blend is a good strategy to supplement your Mg. The good ones -counter to the hype - will still have the oxide form so that you get enough Mg delivered. Now the special thing about this blend is that it's first ingredient is the Aquamin product, which is a unique form of Mg that is extracted from seawater (plants?) off the North Sea. It's a more robust form that will also have trace minerals. So it's closer to getting it from food. But like the oxide form, it also brings a lot Mg with it. So it's easier to actually get sufficient Mg in your system than many other forms. For that reason, I say that this is a great daily blend. It's got the clean and robust Aquamin and oxide forms to really deliver and then it has a couple of other forms for their benefits. A win-win formula.Recommended!

I like the multiple forms of Mg
I've been taking magnesium supplements on and off for several years. They seem to help leg cramps I sometimes get after or even during intense exercise.I like that this product has multiple chemical variations of magnesium - I'm hoping this helps it be better absorbed and utilized. So far, no cramps and plenty of intense exercise.

Highly recommended!
I recently started using the Portent 5-in-1 Magnesium Complex, and I’m very impressed with the results. This supplement combines five different forms of magnesium—hydroxide, malate, oxide, citrate, and glycinate—which enhances its bioavailability and overall effectiveness. Each capsule delivers 500mg of magnesium, which has been a game-changer for my muscle and nerve function, and I’ve noticed improved energy levels too.One of the key benefits I’ve experienced is better muscle recovery after workouts. Magnesium helps regulate essential vitamins like calcium and zinc, and I’ve felt the positive effects on both my bones and muscles. Unlike other magnesium supplements that can upset my stomach, this one is gentle and doesn’t cause any gastrointestinal discomfort.Another plus is the high-quality, non-GMO, and gluten-free ingredients. Knowing that it’s made in a GMP-certified facility in the USA adds to my confidence in the product. Additionally, the third-party testing for purity is reassuring.Overall, this 5-in-1 magnesium complex is an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their overall health, muscle function, and energy without the digestive issues commonly associated with magnesium supplements. Highly recommended!

Great for the Neuro-Spicy Among Us
Magnesium is a must in our neuro-spicy household to help with the ultra-busy brain. Bonus that it's also great for calming down for sleep and preventing/resolving muscle cramps. The multiple kinds of magnesium increase their bioavailability, so big benefit there. These are easy to swallow and effective. Only negative I have is the lack of disclosure on the levels of each compound and the price, which isn't completely prohibitive, but is above average.
