Very pretty bracelet and well made
I got one of these for myself (slightly different style, same maker) and this one as a present for my friend. I have used mine for just over a week now and am so happy that I would recommend to anyone.I have heard such good things but didn't think it would really do anything.I feel more active and less stiff since I have been using one of these. Could it be all in my mind? I really don't know but a swollen knee that I have had for a few months (osteoarthritis) seems to have improved at last although not gone completely and according to my fitness app I am now sleeping on average an extra 28 minutes per night 20 of which is deep sleep. Looking at activity it appears I am averaging an extra 1000 steps per day so maybe I am not imagining the benefits.I will say this though. On day three, I developed a headache. I normally don't get headaches except just before a thunderstorm so I took the bracelet off for twelve hours and then put it back on again. No problems whatsoever since then so it may have been a coincidence. This one is such a pretty design, I do hope my friend likes it. It is sure to fit as it is just over eight inches long and you can take links out with the tool provided. If I had realised you could take links out I would have bought this design for myself but as I have a small wrist I bought a smaller one.I will update when I have given it to my friend and let you know what she thinks.

For me works for headaches
I was unsure about this bracelet when I bought it. But I am surprised to find out that after only 1 week I can see less headaches. I am not that kind of person who believes in miraculous solutions, but I must confess that it works. I will buy one for my mom as well, she suffers from migraines and headaches. I liked the design when ordering but I was unsure about the size, so I discovered that the bracelet comes together with a tool that helps you to adjust it, and you can use this one for adjusting the size of your watch as well. For me is a 5 star.

Beautiful
A pretty bracelet that is lightweight and fashionable. A little bit big but it comes with a tool that easily takes one of the links to make it smaller since I have a small wrist. It has a clasp that is simple to take off and on, it secures it into place.

Very pretty
Comfortable to wear and looks lovely. Not too thick, just right. Not sure about pain relief yet as I've only had it on for 2 days. Got the links out OK but was difficult to reattach the pins to join back together. I'm not entirely sure it's in properly yet. Video wasn't very helpful. But on the whole happy with my purchase.

Adjustable with a small skrewdriver provided
I purchased this bracelet after losing one, I was so surprised when it arrived in a lovely box and was supplied with a tiny skrewdriver so you can make any adjustments. It arrived on time and I am very pleased with it.
