Q: My remote quit working all of a sudden. Has anyone had this issue. How did you fix it?

I called customer service, they walked me through troubleshoot steps to pair the remote, but that didn't work. Then they asked me for the bed frame serial number, and it seemed like I got an i4 bed frame, he said it might have been a free upgrade. Costumer service talked me through the pair steps and the issue was fixed. Somehow the bed wasn't paired to the remote. I'm super grateful for excellent customer service and the free upgrade to the i4 bedframe! I love this bedframe, best bedframe ever bought. Thanks Dealbeds for excellent customer service and a great product! Purchased February 2009.
