Very Disappointing - Poor Support and Complicated SetupThe product description doesn’t mention that an app is required to use the card. When scanned, it doesn’t go directly to the Google Business review page but leads to a profile with multiple options like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. The app won’t accept the Google Business review link either.This was supposed to be a simple 30-second setup, not a frustrating waste of time.
