Is this authentic Wrangler i can't see it ?

I bought this for my wife and yes it’s a authentic Wrangler jacket. It’s slightly fitted and is really nice.

Can this be returned if buying in the UK? No size chart, im a big busted uk size 14, which size should i get?

My chest size wasn’t the issue. I have tiny arms but the jacket arms were really tight (despite the stretchy material!) I thought it too much hassle and cost to return to the States (from the UK), so a waste of money. M&S do a really nice and popular one.
