I have a pure bred heinz 57 mutt dog that is part plott hound (i know he doesnt look like it, he must have gotten his genetics from the bottom of the gene pool) and he STINKS so bad and also has a pretty oily coat even after a bath. Just a few days after a bath he will leave you with greasy fingers after a good scratchin'.I've noticed that he smells the worst in the winter, but in the summer he's not nearly as stinky. The best I can figure is that in the summer when it's really dusty (and we have fine dust that's almost the consistency of corn starch) that the dust is absorbing most of the oil from his coat and making him smell a lot better, even though he's technically dirty.This was the only "dry shampoo" for dogs that I could find so I decided to give it a try. So far it's working like a charm. It easier than having to give him so many baths that's for sure. After using it his is coat is soft, not greasy, and he no longer smells absolutely horrendous. It seems to last a couple of days before he needs a little "refresher" and I don't even have to use very much at all. It leaves him smelling so much fresher. He really likes it because he gets lots of pets while it's being applied, and he is a huge snuggle bug so less stank = more snuggles.I was a little concerned about some of the ingredients that I'd never heard of before but I researched them all and feel pretty confident that they won't impact his health any, and a little bit of this stuff goes a long way. I'm very pleased with it!

I tried the Arm & Hammer for Pets Odor Eliminator and honestly, it’s not bad at all! It does a pretty good job of reducing pet odors and leaves a fresh, clean scent without being overpowering. I like that it uses baking soda, which feels like a safer and more natural option around my pets. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the effect doesn’t last as long as I hoped but overall, it’s a great product.

Excellent product, I loved the smell it has and it is very easy to apply. I recommend it so that your pet smells weird.

My dog is always smelling amazing now

This smells really good and lasts about a week. It seems safe to put on my dog. It does turn my black dog grey. I just sprinkle it on him and rub it in. it is really easy to use.

Smells pleasant and helped with remaining skunk smell after multiple baths.

My new Pomeranian is a smelly dog. She's almost traumatized when I bath her, even though I take every precaution to ensure her comfort, so I don't like to do it often, plus it's literally painful for me to do--I'm actually going to have to take her to a professional bather once or twice a month. But in the meantime, this product has been a lifesaver. It doesn't irritate her skin, and I can barely detect her usual odor. It smells amazing. One sprinkling lasts about four days or until she jumps into the baby pool (baby pool surprisingly not traumatizing). Great product.
