I was initially a bit nervous about getting another remote. I have a tendency to misplaced them, so I thought it would be good to have a second remote. It works very well. I’ve had absolutely no problems with it whatsoever and I am very pleased with the purchase. I would buy it again.

This replacement remote works great and the set up was extremely easy. The buttons on my older voice activated Roku remote started failing so it was time for a replacement. The new remote works great and no issues with the voice activation, it worked seamlessly.

I bought a knock off brand that says Remote For Roku. Box looks very close to the real ones. It was horrible. I returned it and bought this one. The real deal. It’s perfect!

Works with the TCL roku TV I got in 2019. No pairing or troubleshooting required. But there are no instructions for removing the battery cover. Which sounds dumb, but it clearly does not work the same way the old style remote I had works. I thought my new remote was stuck, broken, jammed, or glued shut. No amount of prying and pulling would take the cover off. I nearly used pliers which would have surely broken it. BUT it turns out you simply PRESS where you see the 3 grip lines drawn. Then WHILE pressing fairly HARD, far harder than you're used to with the other remote, PUSH down and the battery case will come free. Not left or right like the AI answer says on your (probably not favorite) chromium internet browser. Which came from the top official roku forum post answer. GOOD GRIEF. At least it's secure, I guess.

Better than the original. It has a volume on/off switch which the original didn't have. A tad smaller and lighter than the original, but probably a plus for some folks. Overall, I like it very much. Especially since many of the cheaper knock-off Roku remotes are either problematic or complete garbage.

EXACTLY what I needed! I lost the remote to my Onn. Roku TV during my move. I upgraded and ordered the voice remote. It paired itself in one easy step. Works on all Roku TVs and most Roku devices. Highly recommend!

It was a cheap replacement and it fixed the situation. Unfortunately it doesn't have Prime on there, but I can deal. I forgot about looking for the one with the voice control. But for the price I can't complain.
