Is it possible to tell whether this is IP rated for a bathroom please?

I definitely would not use this as a bathroom fitting

Does this fitting take a normal bayonet light bulb??

This takes a screw in bulb not bayonet.

Hi do they work with dimmer switches

They are a pretty standard wiring so should be fine . Generally you need to be careful with the bulb you use as not all bulbs are dimmable
