Minimal and useful
This did great in the car I used for a week long trip! I didn’t want the magnet to permanently stick on my phone so I just put it between my phone and very thin clear phone case. That worked, but some hard bumps in the road made it fall.

Not worth it.
This product did not work with my iPhone 6 Plus and 8 plus. The adhesion the dash is great but the magnet to keep the phone on it was completely useless. I utilized the magnet that comes with it and put it on the back of my phone as directed but as soon as I drove over the slightest bump in the road it would fall off the base. Not strong enough to hold my particular phones.
