This is a great, though slightly pricey product with lyposomal iron delivery. I take a tablet every other day (studies show that the increase in hepcidin cause the body to reduce iron absorbtion for about 24 hours, so no reason to "waste" money). Also it doesn't cause me any gastrointestinal issues (like constipation), your milage may vary.

Purchased due to an iron deficiency and needed a daily supplement to regulate my iron levels. Easy to take with water or juice leave little to no after taste and is not grainy at all.

I’ve been struggling to find an iron supplement that doesn’t make my stomach super sick and give me terrible side effects. This one has been awesome and I’m so thankful. I been on it about a month now. No taste, super easy to pop out of the blister pack and I will buy again…… previously I had even tried the iron chews and those even made me sick. You just dissolve it on your tongue once or twice a day depending on how anemic you are. You will have more energy soon.

wanted to try these as can get many vitamins in a drink so easier to take plus you can just eat the powder, mix with water or sprinkle over food. The flavor is ok, not horrible and I feel mixed with a little water is much easier. It is great way to get your vitamins.

I guess you pay less if it's bound together and formed into a pill? To be fair, I'll never understand how some people just effortlessly swallow pills, I have to take all of mine with food at the same time, can't do it with just water. The taste is not bad, it's palatable. It's given me no stomach issues which I have had in the past with certain pills. It also appears to contain a host of other vitamins, which can only be a good thing, right? Only real con for me is that it's pretty pricey for 30 days supply.
