If you have reasonable expectations, these will do just fine. I can from a high-end streamlight that could light up a field, this is not that kind of light, but I am happy with the performance and especially the price. Brighter than I was expecting, great for suburban yards at night. Dual power option is nice. Easy to adjust flood or spot light focus. Big enough to hold on to, but it's not a pocket pen light. Only negative is there is a yellow glow from the LED around the very outside of the light pattern, but not a deal breaker. Light is metallic and feels solid and durable, sure enough fine for around the house or vehicles.

great set, use the supplied rechargeable batteries or standard double A batteries all of which are included! these are very bright with adjustable beams no disappointments here.

Lasts a long time with rechargable battery and indicates when they need to be recharged. I've purchased more than one set as they are great flashlights to keep around the house and car. Use caution as the light end gets a little hot if left on for a long time.

We have bought three sets of these flashlights...and now have them in multiple places in the house and in all vehicles. Two different ways to power them: 1. Rechargable pack, 2. Four 3A batteries. There is a "cassette" for each version included. If there is an extended need, run the rechargeable out (in low mode, I got about 3.5 hours)...then insert the 3A battery cassette for another 4+ hours of light. The package comes with 12 Duracell 3A batteries.Great flashlights.

Seem very sturdy, somewhat heavy. It's a good deal considering the batteries are supplied and can be used as backup since each is also rechargeable. Will need to use them for a few months to evaluate battery life. The only con for me is that pressing the ON button sequence is not very intuitive. When you press ON you get the brightest light, then you would assume that pressing that same button then changes it to the dimmer mode, but instead, it turns it off, THEN you have to press it again for the lower light, then OFF, then strobe. All other flashlights I've had just go through the sequence without turning off each time. Test marketing this first might have changed this. Still, it's a good enough deal (depending on charged battery life) to not bother returning it. I would recommend with that caveat.

Sturdy, simple to use, super bright!This light has longevity. Simple.This flashlight has everything most people will really want. Just basic click flashlight on/ click flashlight off. I get annoyed with other flashlights because I have to push the button multiple times to cycle through all their fancy red and flashing lights.

I like that they are hybrid flashlights. That is they can be battery operated or you can use the rechargeable pack provided. They are made from metal not plastic and should last a long time. They are bright, light weight, and easy to use. The three pack makes they cost effective.
