In answering that I can only speak about my own personal experience.I worked outdoors for most of my life. During this time I would typically wear gloves which would often get wet, resulting in the onset of thumb arthritis.Two years ago the problem was mainly in my right hand, and despite being sceptical I decided to purchase one of these bracelets.Surprisingly over a period of the following weeks and months it seemed to gradually ease the pain. The problem didn't disappear entirely but was reduced by maybe 60-70% overall?However during this time the same problem began to appear in my left hand, and around six months ago I looked to purchase another bracelet, however they were out of stock and I ended up buying a solid copper bracelet with magnets from another supplier.Unfortunately the solid copper one has had absolutely no effect, which is why I'm purchasing another one of these bracelets now that they're back in stock.I realize that some reading this may be sceptical because I would have been the same myself at one stage, but the human body produces tiny electrical currents generated by chemical reactions resulting in low-frequency magnetic fields so the idea of these actually having an effect is not as far fetched as it seems initially? All I can say for sure is that it worked for me. And after the last 18 months or so I personally would be more sceptical of the mainstream medical institutions than I would of any alternative medical remedies or solutions.

have bad arthritic pain in left wrist made worse when at work. wasn't sure it was going to work and maybe a gimmic but for me it has relieved some of the pain so it does work. don't know about the other things it claims to help with

Lovely bracelet, had to remove one link for a better fit. Just had it a few days, but I wear it all the time now, let’s hope for some magic to work.

It’s great and strangely I do feel a little better... hard to explain lol. After a while though the strap started to come undone... a little annoying.
