A must buy!!!!
I bought these insoles a year ago. So I purchased another just because I realized it has been awhile. My foot don’t hurt but I bought another one just because. I went to go take them out and they are still in the same condition they were when I bought them. They are very durable. They still have the same amount of cushion as when I first bought them. They are easy to adjust to your size. Year later and my feet still doesn’t hurt. By the way I carry mail so I’m in my feet 8-12 hrs a day if that’s any indication. Best insole I ever bought. Will continue to buy these until they change the way they make them. Also the price is well worth it. The video explains it all.

Updated Jan 2019, Updated June 2018, These are really good
Second update: As of Jan 2019 the first set of these I purchased have been relegated to my winter boots. They are still 100% functional and comfortable as heck! Can't believe how long these last compared to the plastic-y ones you buy in the store that just disintegrate after a few months. The Nevados boots are awful though, they fell apart after 2.5 months. Update: After nearly a year these insoles are still going strong. Much more durable than the Dr Scholl inserts I used in the past due to the 1 piece/material construction. They may be a little less spongy than when brand new, but still super comfy and keeping my feet nice and padded. I recently started walking about 5 miles a day and even with the heavy steel toe boots I had before there were no comfort problems. I did purchase a pair of Nevados hiking boots and immediately got a set of these to go with, and this is a cheap, light, cool, and comfortable pair of summer boots. I will keep buying these insoles for as long as they keep making them. Original review: Recently purchased new Red Wing boots and was starting to get some pretty interesting heel and big toe pain after 10 hours at work (standing on concrete). I looked at the insoles that came with the boots and they were just simple flat pieces of thin foam with no shape for support or anything. Coupled with steel toes and full welt outsoles, the bottoms of the boots were rather uncomfortable. Rather than try to return 2 week old, oil and metal chip covered, worn boots to a local boot store I decided to purchase new insoles to make them work for me. I also love the boots otherwise in terms of features and upper comfort, they just needed a bit more sole. These insoles are memory foam only and do not have much super solid support however they are absolutely amazing. 2 days of wearing these in my boots and my big toes are no longer burning and aching and my heels are back to normal as well. I do not think these are going to last more than 2-3 months, however for $15 I will keep buying them. The size 6-9 fits well inside of the size 9 Red Wing Irish Setter boots I have, just a hair short but I didn't have to cut anything...just pulled the old, dropped in the new, and profit. I know this will not be the case for most, but I wanted to share that the sizes were fairly accurate.

Good for Every Day Use
My Dad is 87 years old, but he still spends quite a bit of time on his feet. His everyday footwear is tennis shoes, and these insoles make them a bit more comfortable. The most beneficial feature is the cushioning. We did have to remove the original insoles to make room for these, and the shoes still fit more tightly than before. It seemed ridiculous to spend a small fortune on insoles for an inexpensive pair of shoes, and this relatively inexpensive product performs as well as or better than others costing 2-3 times as much.

Perfect replacement for original... maybe better!
UPDATE: These are the BEST inserts I have tried. Just bought another pair to replace the original inserts in a pair of Asics sneakers and the difference is astonishing! Don't hesitate... buy these... 100% worth the price for the comfort. Bought a used pair of Brooks sneakers that someone had replace the original insole with a customized one with a HUGE protruding arch support. I guess it didn't fit well, so they ditched the shoes! Got them for a song, but needed to replace the insole. The shoe is a women's size 9 and these insoles not only fit perfectly without any trimming, but they provide perfect support. Not too much or too little arch support. Cushioning is soft and comfy. Highly recommend for a good replacement for a stock insole.

Fine, but sizing is possibly tricky.
EDIT: after over a month of use, these insoles aren't quite as comfortable as they used to be. I work four hour volunteer shifts on my feet the whole time and if I wear these in a run-of-the-mill combat boot or something my heels will still be sore after just those four hours. :( I wear them in my work sneakers every day still, but those sneakers already have cushioned soles. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I will say, these are decently comfortable if you have the right fit. I had used comfier insoles but these will almost certainly last longer. I like the thickness. As far as sizing goes, I am a 6.5 and so ordered the 7-9 size, thinking that obviously too long would be better than too short since you can trim them. The only problem is that, since it only instructs you to cut the toe end, if you are on the lower end of those sizes this will put the arch support too far forward on your foot. I have very high arches, but the arch support was just not in the right spot, causing me soreness between my arch and the balls of my feet. Luckily, I had saved the tips I cut off, duct taped them back together, and retrimmed the front AND the back. They fit well now.

These are actually great!
I have tried soooo many insoles because I have plantar fasciitis and soooo many have disappointed me. These are actually good though! I can honestly say these make my feet feel so much better! And on my job I stand on concrete floors all day. Now I'm just waiting to see how long they last but so far so good! A++

Beats my custom inserts for comfort
I have been wearing custom orthotics for years. I stand and walk on a concrete slab all day and it takes a toll. I have plantar fasciitis and my Achilles develops tendonitis from time to time. The custom inserts cost about $300 with the visits and fitting. They work but they aren't that comfortable and I need a backup pair. I ordered these to wear with a pair of inserts I bought here on Amazon that can be fitted at home after heating in the oven, thinking they would be more comfortable with them. When they arrived they were too thick to work with the inserts so I set them aside. Until one day when the other inserts had become hard and were bothering me. I had a short 4 hr shift that day so I put these in my walking shoes thinking I'd be uncomfortable but only for a few hours. What a surprise! It was like standing on a cloud, all soft and cushy! They conformed to my foot and were firm in all the right places. I wore them for about 12 hours and have continued to wear them every day in comfort. Now they are beginning to show some wear and aren't as cushy but for the price I'll just buy more. 6-9 months is well worth it. The only drawback is that I wear them with compression socks that don't breathe much so they, the inserts and my shoes tend to get stinky. I suggest you buy two pair and switch off every few days. Other than that I have no complaints, just happy feet.

Best cushioning of any insole I've tried, yet not the most expensive.
I agree with J. Flaig's review, I also tried the $50 Dr' Scholls orthotic insoles, the ones where you stand on the machine and it measures your foot pressure, and they have excessive arch support, like you're standing on a folded tube sock. It did relieve my heel pain somewhat by transferring the weight from the heel to the arch, but that's trading one problem for another. They cause foot fatigue over time. I've tried double thick white foam insoles and I've tried gel heel cups, both of those counterintuitively made the problem worse because they added pressure to the heel. I've tried the Sof Sole gray memory foam insoles from the sporting goods store, they "squashed" well but were too thin to be very effective. When I put these Super Sports in and walked around on them I IMMEDIATELY felt the difference! I typically buy Skechers brand shoes because they have lots of springy rebound when brand new, it's like walking around in a bouncy house - these insoles replicate that bouncy, new shoe feel! Another reviewer mentioned the thickness, that is a concern because they are thicker in the arch and heel than any other insole, about 1/2" in the middle and 3/4" around the edges. If your shoes have removable insoles I recommend you take them out before installing these (although I didn't need to in my case). If your shoes already fit tightly these might not work. The front half is tapered thin like it should be (1/8"), but even so you can feel the cushioning up there, and it does feel like it reduces the space in the toe box. You could gain more toe room by cutting it off, if necessary. Oh, another thing, if you wear wide width shoes, flat insoles are typically narrow and they slide around; since these are flared around the edges they squash flat under your heel to fill the width of the shoe and won't slide around underfoot. I wholeheartedly recommend trying these, there's a reason it's an Amazon bestseller.

Fantastic arch support
Made a huge difference when I used it in a pair of Onitsuka Tigers that was causing pain. Got diagnosed with os-navicular syndrome recently and worried that I could no longer wear casual sneakers but this seems to be a game changer. Arch support is top-notch and it's so comfortable to wear. Size is perfect for me as I wear EU40; I didn't have to trim it at all.
