Very attractive packaging and ideal present to give someone for no reason. The chocolates are so very delicious, don't eat them too quick, just let them melt in your mouth - bliss.

Initially, discovered they had melted into a lump and so was quite disappointed as they were given as a gift. Suspect they melted during hot weather whilst in the course of delivery. Having left a review, I have recently a free replacement from Monty Bojangles direct, which was a lovely surprise and a classy touch. Having now tried them myself, I can also confirm they are delicious!

I bought these and initially left a bad review as they arrived all melted and fused together. I didn’t make a formal complaint and thought nothing more of the matter.Was pleasantly surprised when I got a parcel this afternoon with a new box of truffles and a lovely note from the company who had seen my review!What a lovely surprise, thank you so much!Just having the truffles with a cup of tea and they are bloody delicious!! Truffles were lovely, unfortunately they hadn’t been stored correctly so when they arrived, instead of being individual truffles, they had melted at some point and then reformed into one big lump. Not great when giving them as a present.

These truffles make a lovely gift! They have a beautiful, rich taste with a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Absolutely delicious and a real treat for chocolate lovers. Highly recommend for gifting or indulging yourself!

Wonderful choc the lovely monty bojangles sent me a replacement as Amazon delivered said chocolates completely melted and in a big chunk cos obviously it had reset either way doesn't matter cos the lovely choc company put it right ..thankyou Monty

I really can't fault them for taste, but either storage or delivery conditions have resulted in every box having one giant melted blob inside! I'm guessing it was storage, because I opened them on receipt and they had cooled and reformed into said blobs. Two of them, the lecithin had reformed into white clumps on the surface of the chocolate.I ordered them twice before with my Subscribe and Save, and they were great. But it was colder then, and obviously temperature wasn't a problem then.I don't think it's a good idea to store or deliver items like chocolate without cooling of some sort. The last few days have been super hot, and they've just not survived. Luckily these were just for me to cheer myself up and not a gift for anyone else. I'm imagining the entire warehouse stock must be like this after the weekend of nice weather.In this condition, it's definitely poor value.--------------------------EDIT: So, I got a lovely surprise package three days after I posted this review form Monty Bojangles with a hand written label and a note of apology with a replacement product which was mercifully as it should have been. I've attached a photo of the new package and the note.I have to say, I'm very impressed with the customer service and the product I received. It isn't often that a company just sends a replacement no questions asked. So I'm bumping my review up to 5 stars. The truffles really are very tasty and I they are a special treat. Great chocolatey hit.I hope Amazon distribution takes better care in future.
