The fabric is soft and plush making it very comfortable to lay face down after eye surgery. The angle of the wedge, held on by heavy duty Velcro, provides enough space for air circulation and breathing. It also works as a bed prop now that I do not need to be face down all day. Highly recommend!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Recently had a BBL and need to sleep on my stomach but can’t breath. I bought this hoping it would elevate me off the mattress but it doesn’t work my face is directly on the mattress making it even harder to breath. I have one stars because the material was soft but does smell and needs to be aired out per the description

It's just okay. It flattens out pretty fast and makes it hard to breath, but its soft and generally comfy.

This pillow was a big help to me. I had to lay face down after eye surgery. It is a bit pricey for the little bit of time that I used it. I bought it before surgery, I had heard that the one provided at the hospital had a horrible odor. I was given one but no way could I keep my face in as required.

Only gave it 4 stars because after eye surgery the facial opening is not wide enough to get comfortable. Had surgery on left eye and when that eye is comfortably in opening nose and mouth are pressed against right side and hard to breathe. Otherwise it is a soft very comfortable pillow.

This pillow is very comfortable and supportive. I found it to be very comfortable and needed when having to lie in a face down position during my recovery from eye surgery. I recommend this to anyone recovering from eye surgery. I found the face popping to be roomy.

After having a vitrectomy and being required to lay in the prone position, face down, this product brought me such a relief. I can’t even express it in words. I am grateful and thankful this company has this product. In total, I need to be in this position for 10 days and I’m currently on my eighth. Although the shipping was delayed once I got this product it truly saved my neck and upper back. Anyone in this type of situation should purchase this product, you will not regret it!

I can not say enough good things. I received this pillow today and my worrying about how I would recover from my eye surgery in the facedown position for several days is now lessened. This pillow is everything they said it would be and I am very happy about that.
