Been running this machine for a week now. I needed a diffuser that would cover a large room and this one does that very well. I like the fact that you can control the diffusing on time and off time as when it ran full time it was almost too much for the room. I have it set to run for about 8 hours with a diffuse cycle of 15 sec on and 180 sec off and that is great for our room which is about 30x20. It has been going for 4 days on this setting and you can see from the picture that I have hardly dented the oil in the bottle (bottom of tape is where I filled it too) so it is efficient.It is pretty easy to set-up and use as I was able to get it up and running within about 15 min. I agree that the instructions are written in broken English but you can figure it out and the seller emailed me a video right after I bought it. If I had a complaint it would be that I would like to be able to have an OFF setting for all 4 of the event settings. An event is a way to control the diffuser based on time and days. Right now you have to have at least Event 1 always setup. So if you do not want to run the diffuser then you basically have to unplug it. It does retain the settings while off so no worries there.Overall I really like this machine.

After going to many restaurants, cruises, hotels and resorts, we wanted to get the same awesome scent effect we get every time we get into these beautiful places , where the air aroma is always right and takes me to that awesome atmosphere where I know that wonderful memories will be made!So I talked to stuff in few places and they all told me their secret! a Scent Air Machine that can be scheduled to pump whenever I want to! for example; when my guests are arriving for a dinner party! or when we get home from work!Oh my! I went only and I saw this one, I first liked the design because it can be hanged in the wall, plus the fact that lasts for 120 hours and I did not have to stay on top of it to reprogram in case it gets shut off :)So we go it and we we able to make it work in few minutes, the scent we are using now is lavender, however my next one will be Peruvian Lily, that is the Carnival cruise lines special smell they have!Now our home is not only beautifully decorated but also it smell amazing, we are very Happy with this scent machine, this is a great investment if you normally use candles, or other things that give nice aromaAll in all, brings the most beautiful atmosphere to my home, I get to set the schedule as I wish and easy to make it work, we did not even need the manual!Update! it feels awesome to get home to the perfect smell!

Works great! It's a little challenging to figure out the buttons though.

Nice little scent machine for smaller home, room or basement. To scent your entire home I recommend their larger machine that can be connected to your HVAC system model number B074J58MLJ

I e mailed them several times. They told me what to try to fix it. It still does not work. The thing runs no scent comes out anymore. The air comes out but not picking up oils. Supposed to be one year warranty company avoiding honoring warranty. I had 2 other people order this because it worked great for 9 months. Amazon should put pressure on vendor.No help from amazon nor the seller still have useless product updated 08/06/2019
