A great security system for the price. The picture in the daytime is awesome and the nighttime picture is really good but I do wish it would pick up people clearer but I can't complain too bad. Shipping was fast and well packaged for safety. App was easy and fast to install and easy to follow directions.

Horrible system the whole box system resets itself all the time and even though we have cards in it they don’t record we can only watch live (when it’s not slowing down the sign it’s about to reset again with that loud beep like 10 times a night) the cameras move for no reason even if we have them set not to and they just fall over time. The wireless was nice at the beginning but over time the camera go on and off line all the time. The quality is amazing but it’s not worth the price to have all the problems and issues and we have’s even made it to a year of owning them yet! We our last camera system is 7 years old and still was working we just wanted to upgrade and regret it SOOOO much!!!

I’m very happy with this camera system so far! The picture quality is excellent—clear during the day and surprisingly good at night. Setup was a breeze since the cameras were already paired with the NVR, so I didn’t have to deal with complicated network configurations. Installation was straightforward. The cameras feel sturdy and well-built, and the WiFi signal range is strong enough to cover my entire property. I also like that it comes with a 3TB hard drive pre-installed, which means plenty of storage without extra cost. Overall, it’s a great plug-and-play solution for home security. Highly recommend if you want a hassle-free setup with reliable performance.

This system had easy set up. It was amazing how all the cameras grabbed right into the system, and the following of the cameras with the objects that are outside has been excellent compared to the older system which we would have to maneuver the system because of it having a odd track follow you was really nice. We were able to get ICU to help us with all of the questions we had very helpful. they always call back.

Purchase a system February 19, 2025. Worked great up till now and one camera now has stopped working. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to call yesterday. Got through to someone with such terrible English. You could not understand them. I did get out of them that you should try another power source. So I had to climb a ladder and take a power source off one of my other cameras and try it. As you can see in the attached video what it does. All that it does now the light flickers all the time and you cannot get it to connect back to my Wi-Fi network. With tax I paid over $400 for the system and it start screwing up at six months old. I could buy a new camera but it cost 50 bucks on Amazon. Today I’ve been calling them on over and over the phone rings and rings and rings nobody answers and then it cut you off.

Awesome cameras. Easy installation. Clear pictures, clear sound on the 2 way mic. Great value for the price. Night vision works great.

the worst camera system i ever bout ,you have to pay for each camera so it can record and the one i pay for broke and never worked and the system it say no memory from time to time the system stop working i have to reset the device ,you only can watch your live camera you cant go back and see if something you watch agene

Installed the camera's and am very satisfied. The installation and setup instructions were easy to understand and follow. I did have one small issue but contacting customer support was easy by email and I received a very prompt and helpful reply and solution. Very happy with the system and will be recommending it to others

Las instalé cuatro meses después de recibirlas (por un problema familiar). A la tercera semana, a una cámara se le quemó la tarjeta y ya no sirvió. Espero que no falle otra cámara pues apenas tienen un mes de instaladas. El proveedor ha respondido de manera excelente: repuso rápidamente el equipo que falló. Es excelente que un proveedor responda de manera responsable cuando su producto falla, de modo que los califico con 5 estrellas.

Arrived pretty quick and well packed. The quality of the product appears to be quite good with nice camera construction which appears solid. Cables and hard drive also appears to be of good quality. Very happy with the purchase, cameras are fully functional and the DVR operates well. Very happy with this product. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Pésimo producto, no lo recomiendo, el primer problema es que cuando uno quiere ver las grabaciones en cámara rápida, te piden que pagues una suscripción, de un producto que ya compraste, la grabadora se desconecta y pierde las grabaciones, funciono masomenos bien 2 meses de ahí en adelante cada vez esta peor, el disco duro se satura y se reinicia cada dos por tres. No lo compren!!!
