Amazing!
Wow! Our dahlia beds were infested, so we ordered these but held out little hope it would have a tangible impact. After releasing the adults and the larvae, we were delighted to see a sharp drop in aphid numbers, and took great pleasure in ladybird spotting our new inhabitants! All of ours arrived alive and well, and wouldn't hesitate to buy again in future!

Everything was perfect (OK, maybe not the pest control...)
All the larvae and adults came perfectly alive in a box. Other story is that ladybirds started a war with the ants that were farming the aphids... I think they lost the battle since they didn't have protection against the formic acid shot by the ants. Fortunately, a third insect, the aphidius came to the garden and destroyed the pest. All in all, it was a nice story to see and take part of in which I learned a lot from. Perhaps next time I will start by killing the ants, or recurring to other insects that are not that nice, but are (perhaps) more effective, such as the aphidoletes, or the aphelinus.

Arrived on time.
Happy with the adults. Half of he eggs did not hatch. they stayed around for a week not seen a lady bird since. Not the sellers fault they preferred someone else's garden lol.

The little cuties are eating as I write
Followed the instructions and released after dusk. A few decided my hand was the best place while others flew the short distance to my roses. Carefully placed the remaining ladybirds back in the pot for release tomorrow and on my return to the garden the little buglets we’re having a feast!I fed them grape and sugar water on a sponge when they first arrived to replenish them after their journey in the post and rested them for one night. If they choose not to stay, it will have been worth it for the experience! Also we have 50 lavae to place out in envelopes also so they will have to stick around until they mature.

Great idea though
Was given an estimated delivery date a couple of weeks away so went away for a couple of days to find them already delivered. All beetles were live and active but some of the smallest larvae were dead. It's unbelievably fiddly to put them on the planting and come the next day I could only find 2 larvae & 3 beetles. Now I can't find any of them. Great idea though.

DEAD!
ALL DEAD WHEN THEY ARRIVED. WASTE OF MONEY. RESLUTED TO WATER AND SOAP. BETTER TOO!

Delivery not as advised.
I was told they would arrive on the 17th. Being live ladybirds they need to be released on the day of receipt. If I had been away for the weekend they would have sat on the carpet in a warm house for a couple of days. This wouldn’t have done them much good.

Ladybirds - happy helpers in aphid war!!!
We had a terrible problem with aphids and didn't want to use pesticides. The ladybirds arrived safely and "alive"!!! Hooray. It was an extremely hot week but they survived.Within days - no more aphids and a noticeable presence of ladybirds in the garden. Would definitely buy again and would be a great present for an avid gardener.
