Does this work on a lilly luxura hd insulin pen?

At the moment we only support the disposable Solostar, Flexpen, Flextouch and Kwikpen. Currently we do not have a Timesulin cap for cartridge insulin pens like the Lilly Luxura HD but we will let you know as soon as possible when we do.

Yes Timesulin Flexpen will work with the Novomix 30 FlexPen insulin pen.

how can I replace battery

I don't think you can replace the battery, but mine has not reached that stage yet, so I can't be sure. Best of luck with it, as it's rather an expensive buy if you have to purchase another one. Mary.

Would this fit a fiasp insulin pen?

For the Flextouch Fiasp insulin pen please order the Timesulin Flextouch cap. The Flexpen is a smaller cap and will not fit the Flextouch Fiasp.
