Best little helper for muscle knots I ever had. The points really do a nice job getting to the deep spots. The teeth on the wheel seem a little aggressive, but I use some sort of cloth between it and skin.

This gadget does the job. I wish I had also bought the one with the rounded bits on the wheel. I use it on my arm and hand where I had surgery and it is helping to keep TP from forming post surgery and making it possible for me to heal faster.

Didn't really like it, and ended up throwing it away
Tried it for my neck fascia. Didn't really like it, and ended up throwing it away. May work for others. Guess it depends on the condition that you're using it to treat.
