Excellent for added comfort
I suffer with carpal tunnel and this had been recommended for when I'm cycling. Whilst my symptoms don't totally disappear, these pads have made my rides a lot more comfortable. When you do apply it, I would advise applying the bar tape as soon as you can as the sticky on the back of these doesn't hold particularly great. (You have got a fairly thick, flat pad that is trying to stick to a round bar after all!). At around £20, it's not a bad price, especially as it has helped so much. I do like the fact that you can cut to size to fit your bars and they haven't done a 'one size fits all'. We all know that never happens! All in all, I would definitely recommend this, not only of you suffer with carpal tunnel, but purely if you're looking for that extra bit of comfort.
