What amp Power Supply do you need to use this Amplifier

The power consumption is 4 amps so a power supply of 5+ amps will be ok but if your radio is sharing the same PSU then you have to take it into consideration

my cb is only giving output of 2 to 3 watts, but on ch1 its 4 watts and less on others, would this help my 4 watt cb?

Hi - it is a linear amplifier, which means the power you put in is linked to the power out. As long as you don't put more than 4 watts in both the radio and amp will be fine. If you put less than 4 watts in, the power output will be less. regards, Simon www.radiozing.co.uk
