Noticeably difference!
The elastic bands are so awesome. There are different "levels" of stretching points to help ease/guide your athlete to be more flexible. My daughter does use it for her home bars for upper strength as well.

Great for gymnastics
We ordered these for my daughter who takes tumbling classes. We found these a great tool for building strength for handsprings. These are well made and expected to last for years even with daily use. We loved the bright colors as well.
