Setting it up went like clockwork; and Windows 11 automatically imported all my old passwords, making the whole process of moving my accounts to my new computer totally painless! A process which I had expected to take hours, or even all day, was completed in less than an hour! My old Dell Inspiron was nearly 9 years old; and starting up took a long time. This machine starts up and is ready to go in practically no time.I was originally going to buy a similar Dell Inspiron with a dual core processor; but, when I was ready to order, Amazon directed me to this quad core computer which was listed for $0.99 less; and, after applying a $25.00 off coupon, my choice was a no-brainer!

I recently was laid off from my job and I needed something that I could use if I were hired for a WFH without the company providing. I can't quote you everything, but it has what I need and the battery comes with it. And talk about a quick delivery. It was like it was sent locally. Everything is up to date too.

After searching for a good laptop for a good price, I found it with this purchase. The performance is good and the price was better! Out of courtesy they even upgraded the hard drive to ensure I get the best quality out of this laptop. I also received a day ahead from expected. I was so surprised. I recommend this purchase from this company to others!

Although this PC came with Windows 360 pre-installed, it keeps asking for an App just to open Edge.This LapTop PC came in its original box, sealed, with all the Mfg' stuff. But it seems it was repackaged after being returned. It struggled to find WiFi, and none of the Software worked period. Most of the time it kept asking to get an App to open everything in Windows 360. Unfortunately and because this Laptop was bought as a gift. I took some time for this information to get back to me. After playing with it, to see if all these issues were not just operator error, the return window was lost and the solution was to buy another Laptop. (not Dell of course) The results were as expected. {Plug and Play) Everything worked and the person whom I gifted the Laptop was very happy.Since it was bought as a gift, it took a while for all this to be known. The solution was to buy another Lap top (not Dell) which resolved ALL the problems.

Fast shipping, product is better than ordered as they included a free upgrade to the system. Will buy again from this company when needed.

I have had other dell laptops and i have been happy .this laptop works very well but after opening and closing it for just over three monthsthe right hinge is pushing through the laptop so i do not close it but it feels likeits going to brake.i thought i would spoil myself and buy a new laptop. i wish i had not!Update Dell sent a repair tech and fix my laptop wow i was shocked it opens better very happy!

Had the computer for less than a month, and suddenly the SD card driver doesn't work. I tried what Google search recommended. Then I contacted Microsoft, who (after over 30 minutes) chatted they couldn't help. That it was a manufacturer's issue. Then I contacted Dell. While the tech person I chatted with was very nice, they were telling me to do all sorts of "tech" stuff that I had NO idea what they were talking about. I am not a tech person. The last instruction had me getting into the "System Setup BIOS"..."System Setup BIOS" never even came up. They had me going to Universal Serial Bus controllers, all sorts of places. So no SD card slot for me...I can work around not having an SD card slot, I guess. My fingers are crossed that the rest of the system will work. If not, it was $500 flushed down the toilet. All in all, I spent around 4 hours trying to get this to work today. As the saying goes, "Stick a fork in me...I'm done".

Description shows a 3 GHz pentium_N5000 4Core 3GHz processor, but after wondering why it was going so slow looked it up on the system settings and noticed it's only a Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4020 CPU @ 1.10GHz. Extremely slow, struggles to just run Chrome.
