This has been my Go To protein powder for years. I like the vanilla best, but have tried other flavors for a change. Very satisfying and one serving keeps me satisfied. I do wish they would go back to the plastic tubs, but I get it that they want to reduce plastic waste. I just empty the powder into an old Suntrax tub, and go from there.

I like the nutritional aspect of this powder over others. It makes great smoothies and even mixes easily with just water or milk.

This is my lunch every day. If I’m out I just mix it with water and it dissolves with just shaking or stirring. At home I like to add a fruit to enhance the flavor. It is a low carb protein drink so at home I use almond milk, add ice and crush it in my blender. Yummy stuff and low calories (110) and carbs (2).
