Excellent pan
Good quality. Sears well and cleans up well. Don’t expect it to last a lifetime but it appears to be well made. Better price than the highly touted competitors. T-Fal has always been a good buy.

Trash
Used on stovetop once for hamburgers. Only used medium high temp. When I was done skillet showed heat damage and left stain on my glass top stove. Could not remove. Looked like metal from skillet. Then tried to clean skillet. Scrubbed outside of skillet for ten minutes. Impossible to clean. I used high heat with oil inside skillet to coat. Fried onions for five minutes on medium high. Otherwise I would have burned my onions. Then finished my two burgers on medium high. Did not burn my food up. Removed skillet from burner so I wouldn’t smoke us out of the house. When I went to clean up I was met with the disaster I described above. Worse skillet in my life. Buying a hexclad. Much more expensive but I know I can trust it. Have had a larger one for eight months and no damage to skillet at all. Thanks a lot Tfal.

Best frying pans I have owned.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price was great. AND YOU CAN USE METAL UTINSELS IN THEM!Ease of use:provided you read the directions for cooking in them, work great!Pan quality:Very solid and well constructed pan.Value for money:I compaired these to the expensive ones and found no difference. Heat distribution:Heat and cook evenlyWorks well:Definately glad I bought these. They replaced old t-fall pans.Weight:A tad heavy but work well.

SEASON & SS MESH IS NOT NONSTICK
These pans are beautiful, Before my first use I burned all 3 badly. I never knew how to season and some idiot told me to rub oil in them and put them in the oven at 450 degrees for 1/2 hour. DISASTER!!! YOU MUST SEASON these pans before first use with just a light wipe on inside with a little oil on paper towel but no oven. I can’t believe I was so stupid! Going forward, you must use some type of spray, oil or butter especially when making eggs. Yes, there’s a teflon coating but you have to remember there’s also stainless steel MESH for food to get into so THEY ARE NOT TRULY NON STICK. I learned the hard way. After buying many different cleaning products and hours of scrubbing I finally get to enjoy them. Used correctly, you to will enjoy them for years to come.

As good as the more expensive pans!
I was planning on buying the more expensive “Celebrity Chef” endorsed version until I saw these while I was searching for those. I figured I would give these a try to see how I liked them and I was pleasantly surprised! These from what I can tell from using my Mothers more expensive ones, perform exactly the same. Heat distribution is perfect. Evenly cooks food. The quality is what I expect and the price is perfect. They are comfortable to hold and can stand the heat of an oven.Just follow the directions and season them before use and you are good to go.I hand wash them and they have not scratched or broken down in any way. I use them daily.

Definitely sticks
Absolutely nothing about this is non stick. As soon as I opened the box and saw the design and the ridges I knew it wouldn’t be. It’s a solid pan if you don’t want nonstick. I gave it a try. After thinking about it, it’s not what I ordered or what the description says… I returned it

I had high hopes but am returning it
I've gone through so many nonstick pans and still had a favorite old T-fal pan that I use for only crepes. Lately I've been making a daily egg white omelet, and bought a (green) pan just for it, but found that even with spraying the pan with oil the eggs would stick. The only pan I had luck with was an all-clad but it's too big of a pan for a small omelet. After watching video demonstrations I thought this Hybrid Hex would be the one for me.My first attempt was just a dry pan and egg whites - just to see what would happen. This was just a failure - the eggs stuck so much I had to scrape them out and fill the pan with some water and boil it to get the stuck parts to release. then I did the same omelet, medium heat, spraying the pan with avocado oil. This wasn't much more successful - I was able to scrape under the eggs and get some of it out cleanly, but more than half was still stuck. Very disappointing.I think this pan would be great for meat or vegetables, but for eggs it wasn't for me. I've since returned it and just ordered an 8 inch all-clad.
