This product is not effective. Completely uncomfortable, difficult to put on and not the right size at all. Waste of money and haven’t even been able to use it overnight once.

Don’t buy. Have not been told more than once that have a big head and this is one size fits all.The fabric does not stretch as advertised and when do manage to pull it, it feels really uncomfortable after 5 minutes.It also does not reach the chin area so cannot do job intended.Want to return, thank you

So, it is basically a pair of knickers stretched across your face. I’d return it if I wasn’t so embarrassed to have fallen for the sales bumph. I wouldn’t bother buying it, as I current feel like a voyeur with this thing stretched across my head. 👙🦹🏼Very thin material, no instructions though it seems to make sense when you look at it. It also doesn’t appear to give any support, not that I need much but it’s just there.

Not bad and fits well, can tighten or loosen whichever is your preference. Haven't seen a change yet but this is something that will need consistency to see any results.
