We have been taking these for the last year and my Vit D level actually has increased (visible in my labs)! I have always been low and other supplements didn't raise it. Small easy to swallow pills is a plus!

So far I have not noticed much difference in health. But way too early to tell. Quality is great. Easy to swallow, value is great! Maybe have movies some change in energy level. Actually have been waking up with ease. I take this at night before bed sometimes and occasionally in morning. No off feelings or side effects.

I was severely Vitamin D Def. It was causing all kinds of issues. People do not realize how being vitamin D Def can cause so many issues. However, back to the review. I had my labs drawn after only about 3 weeks into taking these and my levels are at a normal level now. This is not my first rodeo with falling into Vitamin D Def. I have taken other products in the past including 10k IU products and still struggled to get myself up to par. The magic has to be in the combo. * K2 Mag plus D* because 3 weeks this was Def like choosing to fly over taking a road trip

These actually help me tremendously! I’m 70, female , and haven’t had any decent sleep in 17 years. The vitamin D helps with mood as pretty much most vitamin D3 plus K2 supplements do for me. The greatest addition is the magnesium supplement added! This helps with sleep so much! There is actually something about the combination and dose that helps me feel better. I’ve been on this supplement now for about 3 months. It’s had time to work, and continue working.

Excellent product. Always take D3 either K2 to avoid “loose” calcium going to your kidneys and causing trouble! Google it. It’s a thing! I take 2 per day, as directed, after breakfast. My D levels were at the TOP of the normal range prior to surgery. Easy to swallow. Just take them!
