I bought these while I waited for the 28 day canister to be delivered. Taste great, fits in your purse for a quick pick me up. And just an all over great product to have handy.

Taste great but gives me migraines

I ordered the pina colada flavor since that's not a typical flavor offered and it did NOT disappoint! The flavor is just right- it's not overpowering, but the flavor is present enough you know it's pina colada flavored. The powder itself dissolved easily into my shaker cup. I tried one with a shaker ball and one without- both yielded the same results- there were no lumps in my drink and it dissolved easily. I love the convenience of the stick packets because I throw one in my purse for later in the day while I'm out or at jiu jitsu and need a pick me up. This is great at replenishing your energy levels during a hard workout, or getting you ready for your day.

This has to be one of the best pina colada flavor packets I've had the opportunity to try. I typically mix my flavor packets into 24oz of water and ice and this packet still packed a punch of flavor. It was slightly chalky at first be then seemed to relax a little bit.....at least I didn't notice it after 15-20 minutes. The powder itself is very fine and actually caused me to sneeze a little bit when I opened it. Some of the dust floated up as I was putting it in my container. There does not appear to be any calorie intake information on the packaging or in the description part of this listing. At over a dollar per serving, I don't know that I would purchase again.

This has good flavor and gave an energy boost. I just think it is priced a little high. This didn't make me crash either. Worth a try.
