For the money, it's brilliant.
First and foremost, it's loud, but equally it can be used at far lower volumes with no loss of clarity. It arrived a day earlier than expected, very polite delivery service. Well packaged, no damage whatsoever. The lights on the front of the speaker will be entertaining at night at a party. They have adjustments and can be turned off. There is a bass boost button for heavy rock or dance music. If you are a wimp, find someone with average strength to help you move it. Not exactly heavy, but it certainly isn't a featherweight. The charge lasts for about 8-10 hours depending on the volume and if you have the lights on. Charges up reasonably quickly. If it runs out during the festivities you are going to have to resort to another way to play your music. Just make sure it is fully charged at the start of your occasion. What I do like also, is the ability to put it in the car boot and take it with you on a day out to the beach, park, forest. Just remember not to annoy people around you by playing at full volume. I would reckon on it being possible to annoy someone around a 100 metres away from the speaker at full volume. Also I have encouraged my son, when he next visits me to bring his Fender 6 string and his Jack Bruce bass with him. He can serenade the neighbours. By far and away the best Bluetooth speaker I have purchased and next time I have a spare £200 I will buy another so I can have stereo from them. Get it, you won't regret it.

This was my second one. First excellent but for some reason this one it kept stopping and turning of, so was continually switching on and of .Wasn't battery as plugged in. When was working was brilliant, lights sound etc.I would still consider buying another, good value and very easy to use .

bad quality
I bought this speaker new, but the box had double tape in one side , it was clear that it had been opened before, the bass button and lights do not always work, the screen shows BLO permanently and the volume is not like for 250w, the quality is too poor, I want to return it.
