I had to search my orders to find out when I’d purchased this, with sole intentions of raving about this battery pack. Toward the end of June 2024, nearing our third vacation to a hot and humid destination, I decided to take a gamble on this little guy, and buy am I glad I did.I do NOT recommend walking through any body of water with with of these, but unfortunately, I had forgotten that it was in my pocket when I had last year, and by the following morning, without a single remedy, it was working perfectly.I work a full time job, I am a graduate student, and a mother of two little that each have an iPad. Needless to say, there are multiple devices in my possession on a daily basis, and sometimes plugging and waiting for a charge is just not feasible. This battery pack has saved me on numerous occasions, and has truly proven its worth, and then some.If you are hesitant in purchasing, hesitate no more. This battery pack, tho a bit in the heavy side, will exceed your expectations. Even one year after daily use, the battery life is superior, it is compact enough to fit in my lululemon pencil pouch, and looks nearly new.

Pros:This charger works amazing, it has a very long battery life and works FAST. I love that it has all of the ports I need attached to it. I have owned this product for over a year and a half, and it has not broken once. The screen on it is very nice, I can easily check to see if I need to charge it. It also has a quick and easy fuction of turning it off. It is also nice that it is roughly the same size as my phone, and it fits perfectly along side my phone when I put it in my pocket. The price for this product is good, it works just as well as a more expensive one. I could argue that it works better than someone else’s I know, which was more expensive than this oneCons:There is only one issue, but its just that it takes a few hours to completely charge up, but if you charge it at night, it lasts the whole day.Overall, this is an amazing charger, the battery charge is nice and long and the price for it is perfect for how well this charger works.

Love this charger and the company! The different cables are compatible with just about any phone or digital device. The design is streamlined and makes this charger an excellent travel companion.The customer service is outstanding. I how this for a fact. I had difficulty powering on the unit, thinking it was the device. This was completely my fault. I was exerting too much pressure on the power on button and therefore the unit would not turn on. ** To power on the device, tap the power on button very lightly and the display lights up each and every time.** The unit automatically turns off by itself.High marks to Charmast for its exceptional customer service and support. I've requested product support from other vendors that often fail to respond. Thank you, Cathy in Customer Service, for your patience and for going the extra mile. I have completely confidence in this company and will buy other products from Charmast in a heartbeat.

Very handy little device to own especially when you're often on the go and need to quickly charge your phone or other devices. It's versatility is rather nifty and allows me to charge just about anything and even multiple devices at once! It's a bit heavy in the pocket but I imagine its weight is pretty standard for being a power bank. The device itself charges acceptably and charges other devices fairly quickly. I deducted one star for quality because I had purchased a device in June that I only used a handful of times and the C plug randomly broke off and got stuck in my phone in August. However, since I was still within the 90-day warranty time frame I reached out to customer service and asked for a replacement, which they were prompt at responding to my request and sending me a new device. I received my replacement in one week exactly! I will adjust my review to five stars providing my replacement last me longer than my original.

I purchased this for an extended trip and was so pleased. It was very efficient in charging my Samsung phone or Amazon tablet as needed. Having multiple "cords" attached was so handy whether charging or using. It was a bit bulky to use the phone camera while charging, but it can be done, though that was seldom necessary. I read reviews for several similar items and am so glad I made this choice. I use my phone camera for lots of touristy pictures and never worried my phone battery would give out too quickly. The lavender color is lovely and it comes with a gray pouch for protection when not in use.

I LOVE THIS THANG!! Have both the older and updated version (older model is smaller, lighter, and slightly less battery life). A daily essential for me, and I send my parents off with it whenever they go on a trip. Every friend that has used it has bought themselves one. Love not having to worry about bringing extra chords with me. Not even the chord to charge the device is needed bc there’s one already attached to it.Takes a very long time to fully charge, but because it has a very long battery life. Only used about 20% to charge my iPhone from 10% - 85% while actively on FaceTime. Also allows me to charge multiple things at once. I’ve seen similar products, but am ALWAYS more satisfied with this one.
