Excellent product, I had a meniscus tear and used it for a week, and the result was remarkable. By day two the pain had subsided by the end of the week the pain was all gone. I have recommended it to all my friends who have knee pain. And they have had good results. I gave one of the patches to a friend who had pain in his wrist and the pain has subsided.

Fantastic, these REALLY work. I use them often on my knees and shoulders. They warm and support, and you can wear them for hours. I recently moved, and packed everything myself, (and I'm a Senior....) Couldn't have done it without these to manage the strain.
