Dries almost instantly
What's nice about this printer is that it dries almost instantly. The whole thing does have some weight to it, but isn't too heavy. Fairly easy to program, but for me I did have to read and then re-read the instructions before using. Once I was able to figure everything out, I started tested this immediately. I was able to print on a polyester tag, I then tried a piece of wood, aluminum, cardboard and then a piece of cotton fabric. The polyester tag had some seams and some of the lettering wasn't too clear but when printed on cotton fabric without that many seams, it printed just fine. I did have to wait a little extra drying time with the aluminum but still dried faster and has never smeared. With the wood, I did have some bleeding of the ink but nothing too bad. Cardboard dried the fastest but also had the clearest print but it was also the smoothest. The battery life on this lasts a long time and allow this printer to be completely portable without being tethered to a cord. I can program my name and logo, expiration dates, manufacturing dates, etc. I can even add a little logo if I want too. So many options to choose from and makes it so I can personalize really anything I sell.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Was really excited with the printer especially the pricing is great. Unfortunately the product I received seems defective and keyboard doesn’t work.

How to Add Images
Here is how to add an image:1. Create a black and white image in Photoshop or Paint that is 250 x 250 pixels and save as a Monochrome Bitmap.2. Copy onto the included USB drive.3. Insert the USB drive into the handheld printer.4. Click Settings.5. Click Data Export.6. To add the BMP to your file click Add, Image, then select your BMP file.

Doesnt print well in large sizes
good, for some reason it doesnt print well in large sizes. other than that good
